At New Age Care we provide a bespoke visiting care service. Our packages are tailored to individual wishes and needs, allowing a person to continue to live independently.
Our visits are from 1 hour upwards and can support a person with any of their daily tasks. These regular visits will give individuals, and their families, peace of mind that you are being looked after.
What does Visiting Care include?
- Morning & bedtime routines, mealtimes or any other routine you may have.
